How to use
1. Place the dust collector on a stable, flat manicure table. Position it where the client’s hand can rest comfortably over the suction grille.
2. Connect the power supply according to the unit’s supplied instructions. Make sure the cord is positioned safely so it does not interfere with your work.
3. Turn on the dust collector before filing begins. Starting the suction first allows the unit to capture dust as it is produced.
4. Position the client’s hand directly over the collection area. Keep the nails reasonably close to the suction grille without allowing the client’s fingers to obstruct the ventilation opening.
5. Begin filing or drilling normally. When using an electric nail drill, work gradually and control the direction of your filing so that as much dust as possible is produced above the suction area.
6. Move the client’s hand when necessary. If you are working on different fingers or angles, reposition the hand so the active filing area remains close to the suction grille.
7. Avoid covering the entire ventilation opening. The collector needs unobstructed airflow to work efficiently.
8. After the service, switch the unit off and disconnect it if required. Allow any remaining dust to settle before opening the collection/filter area.
9. Clean the dust collection/filter area regularly. Remove accumulated nail dust according to the manufacturer’s cleaning instructions. A heavily loaded filter can reduce airflow and suction performance.
10. Keep the unit maintained between clients. Cleaning the collection area and surrounding surfaces regularly helps maintain a cleaner workstation and consistent performance.
